This includes completing your questionnaire, organizing your images and writing your content.

We get started on building out your website - you'll need to be virtually available for check-ins and approvals.
launch & support
Once confirmed, we're ready to go live. I'll send a post-launch video walking you through your new website.

how is this different from custom website design?
Our Website Template Customization Service is designed to take an existing template and tailor it to your brand. While it’s not a ground-up custom design, it’s the perfect option for those who want a personalized touch without the timeline or investment of a full custom website.
What do I need to have ready before we start?
To keep the timeline, you should come with your brand assets, including your logo, color palette, images, and any existing copy you’d like us to incorporate ready to go. If you need help with content, we offer guides to assist you with the template purchase!
Can I make additional changes to the template after the customization week?
Absolutely! We’ll provide a quick training session to show you how to make basic updates. You’ll have the flexibility to keep refining your website as your brand grows, with full control over changes. You also have access to our video training course, Website Workflow, for any updates you'd like to make in the future.
What if I need more advanced features or customization?
We can include light customizations within the template’s structure, but if you need advanced functionality (like a complex e-commerce setup or interactive elements), let us know! We can discuss add-on options or point you in the right direction.
Is this service only for certain website platforms?
Yes, our Website Template Customization Service is currently available for templates on Showit. If you’re working with a different platform and need a transfer, we recommend booking a Design Sprint instead.
