In addition to video tutorials, we always provide 2 weeks of virtual post-launch support for custom clients to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Do you offer retainers or post project support?

We use a four phase approach:
Discovery (Phase 1): strategic foundations
Design (Phase 2): visual elements
Development (Phase 3): build, review and refine
Launch (Phase 4): training and site management

What's your process?

Clients typically book 1-3 months in advance. 

However depending on capacity, we can start as soon as you sign the contract. 

How soon can I start working with you?

The best advice I give to my clients is to consider where they are in their business. If you're in a new business owner, I recommend a Design Sprint to keep cost low and still show up online. If you're an established business owner with an understanding of your audience and offers, and need strategy, design and support then consider a custom design solution.
