Your campaigns are ready but your assets aren't. Your business has evolved but your graphics still look like version 1.0. Every time you need something designed you're vetting a new freelancer, writing a creative brief, and hoping they get it.
You need a partner who already knows your brand and moves at your pace.
Jamar
Jamar was already doing high-level work — helping business owners build strategic YouTube presences that generated real revenue. But his own brand wasn't reflecting the impact he was creating for others.
He needed positioning that could open doors to brand partnerships and signal the authority he'd already built. We started with a Sprint to build that foundation, then stayed on as his retainer partner to keep it moving.
Jamar has used his brand for:
“Having Raven’s support for graphic design has been such a great investment. I get so many compliments from clients and colleagues, and the work Raven’s done has fueled some of my highest sales campaigns. Because she knows my brand so well, we can hit the ground running every time.”
Jamar Diggs, Youtube Strategist
While every brand’s needs vary, our clients typically request 8–10 design projects per month. This ensures your brand stays consistent and your marketing never hits a standstill.
Repeat
We move to the next request as soon as the current one is complete. Your brand stays consistent. Your queue stays clear.

Hope City Church
After nearly 20 years of ministry, Hope City needed a brand that matched the scale of their impact. Once the rebrand was complete, the work didn't stop — weekly services, seasonal conferences, and community outreach meant constant design needs.
The retainer gives them a dedicated design partner who understood their mission, their audience, and their pace. Consistent visuals across every touchpoint. No explaining the vision from scratch every time.
The team has used us to handle:
"“Raven brings a level of design expertise and drive for impact that helped us create a timeless brand. With her support, Hope City can share our story effectively and continue to reach lives through our ministry.”
Natasha, Marketing Strategist

I've spent six years helping founders move from "I'll figure it out later" to "handled." My approach is simple: I learn your brand's DNA once, then execute consistently so you never have to brief a new designer, explain your vision, or wonder if your launch assets will match your website. You get a partner who knows your fonts, your goals, and your workflow as well as you do so you can focus on the work that actually grows your business.
I'm Raven, and I built the retainer for leaders who are tired of being their own design department.
"Working with Raven has been a pleasure. She is communicative, resourceful, and full of new ideas that can help grow a business. I highly recommend working with Raven if you're in need of a reliable designer who operates like a true business partner."
demi, RFP consultant
Devin Owens, Comms Strategist
"Working with Raven was a dream! From the timeliness and precision of her work to the final product - I couldn't have asked for a better partnership and leader in this work! 10/10!"
ebony, leadership coach
"Raven is the only reason I’ve been able to stay visible without hiring a full-time team. Everything from my course materials to my launch visuals — she’s handled it.”"
"I've seen increases in speaking inquiries, client experience feedback and my own enjoyment of business ownership. She helps me to stay in my leader lane and focus on client impact and service."

This is for you if:
Your brand foundations are already locked in. You have a brand you love and need someone to execute consistently — not rebuild it.
You have a consistent stream of design needs every month. If you find yourself regularly needing campaign support, social assets, or deck updates this is for you.
You’re ready to offload the mental load of execution. You need a design partner to take the lead on execution so you can stay focused on high-level strategy, delivery, and sales.
This might not be the right fit if:
You’re still in the "testing" phase of your offer or marketing. If your core messaging or offers are still shifting, a monthly retainer may feel premature.
You require "on-call" immediate availability. While our turnarounds are fast (typically 48–72 hours), we thrive on planned, consistent momentum.
You aren’t happy with your current visual identity. The retainer is for implementation, not rebranding. If your current look doesn't reflect your vision, we recommend starting with brand design.
Flex runs on pre-purchased monthly credits, not unlimited submissions. The credit calculator above will show you exactly what you can expect to accomplish each month based on your typical design needs. If you consistently need more than your credits cover, the Unlimited plan is the better move.
Flex is built for one brand, one seat — that's what allows us to go deep and execute without constant context-switching. If you're managing multiple brands, a consulting business and a nonprofit for example, Unlimited covers all of them under one plan.
Not at all. Once we've completed onboarding and learned your brand — your fonts, your tone, your standards — a Loom video or a few bullet points is genuinely enough to get started. The goal is to take the mental load off your plate, not add to it with lengthy briefs every time you need something.
We'll flag it as soon as we see it. Large projects — a full website build, a 50-page white paper or a complete rebrand — fall outside the scope of the retainer. When that happens we'll either break the project into phases we can work through over time or scope it separately so your retainer queue keeps moving.
RP Digital Design Studio does not cover the following design work: fine art illustrations, complex photo manipulation, 3D/CAD projects, animations, packaging, extensive print design (magazines, books,etc..), or copywriting.
However, we’re happy to refer you to our trusted copywriting partners for content support. We also do not accommodate any requests that are sexually explicit, defamatory, racially or ethnically offensive, or misaligned with our core values.
