Brand Strategy
Before the website design takes place, we map out a website strategy plan, created mockups of your site and design pages around your content.
Sitemap & Visual Mockups
Your business is more than a logo. I’ll work to create branding specific to your goals. Deliverables are provided into a digestible document. This includes logos, fonts, color palette, and social graphics.
Brand Identity
I start all web designs with a blank canvas and customize them based on branding elements and your strategic business goals. Sites are built on Squarespace, Showit and Shopify platforms.
Website Development
Copywriting can be a challenge, that’s why I provide two options: access to the website content guide or referral to one of my copywriting partners.
Website Content Guide
Every website should utilize SEO to improve performance. I optimize sites through page headings, site descriptions and titles.
SEO Prep
In addition to video tutorials, I always provide 2 weeks of virtual post-launch support for clients to ensure everything runs smoothly.

After our initial meeting, you’ll receive a brand questionnaire, welcome guide and access to our shared project management space with a project timeline.
Once we’re aligned in direction, I’ll propose a customized brand strategy and share more about my design approach keeping in mind your business goals, customer personas and visual moodboard. This will help us complete market research, develop your brand voice and solidify brand messaging.
If you’re completing a website, we'll also develop your site map at this time to walk through the flow of the site.

The foundation is set and it’s time for the visuals! I work through our brand strategy notes and begin creating concepts for you to review and provide feedback. Concepts include: your primary logo, secondary logo, brand mark, color palette, typography suite, and mockups so you can see the design executed in action.
By the end of the phase, you'll have new brand guidelines, launch graphics, and understand how to use these elements.

If you’ve opted to move forward with a website, I’ll get started on your site mockups for you to review based on the branding foundation we finalized in the previous phase.
Once approved, I’ll start developing the site. At this point in the process, minor copy and photo changes take place since we’ve finalized the design from the wireframes that were presented.
Development
I work with established entrepreneurs and organizations, meaning you have a clear idea of your business goals and what you offer. Clients have typically already done their own research, know their products and service offerings and are ready to collaborate. If this is you, we may be a perfect fit.
01. IS THIS RIGHT FOR ME?
On average, our clients' first custom design project ranges between $ 10-20K+ based on the timeline and project scope. If you’re seeking a custom project, schedule a free consultation to ensure we’re a good fit. Following that call, we'll put together a detailed proposal for you to review.
02. HOW MUCH CAN I EXPECT TO INVEST?
I understand that investing in design is a financial commitment. Because of this, projects can be broken up into 2, 3 or 4 milestone payments based on your preference.
03. DO YOU OFFER PAYMENT PLANS?
I take on a handful of projects per quarter, and am typically booked out 1-3 months in advance.
04. HOW SOON CAN I WORK WITH YOU?
If you already have a visual brand identity and all elements (fonts, colors, photography and graphics) then the Design Intensive may be best for you. You’ll have the option to book me for a refresh to your website.
05. WHAT IF I ONLY NEED A WEBSITE?
Sites are primarily built on Showit and Squarespace platforms. Each business is different, so we will choose the right platform based on your needs and goals. I highly recommend these two platforms as clients navigate them with ease. For Showit e-commerce sites, Shopify integration is available.
